SHIPPING POLICY Effective Date: May 2026


At Flourea, every order is prepared with the same care and intention as the formulas within. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your order from our facility to your door.


1. Order Processing

Orders are carefully verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 1–3 business days of placement. During new product launches, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing may extend to 5 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and a second notification containing your tracking information once it has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Complimentary Shipping

We ship worldwide. Standard shipping rates and complimentary shipping thresholds are as follows:

Worldwide $24.99 On orders over $200

All prices are displayed in USD. Flourea reserves the right to adjust shipping rates at any time.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following estimates apply from the date of dispatch:

United Kingdom & France 5–10 business days
Rest of Europe 6–12 business days
Asia, South America & Africa 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand 7–22 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Timeframes may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, regional holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear within the carrier's system.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our concierge team at support@flourea.com.


5. International Orders & Customs

Flourea ships to most destinations worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Flourea at checkout.

We are unable to predict or control customs processing times or fees. For guidance, we recommend contacting your local customs authority prior to ordering.

Flourea is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or confiscations resulting from customs or regulatory processes in the destination country.


6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Flourea cannot be held responsible for orders lost or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply in such cases.


7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our concierge team at support@flourea.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf and work to resolve the matter promptly.

Claims submitted beyond 7 days of the marked delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.

Flourea cannot be held liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Flourea is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, extreme weather, customs processing, public holidays, or force majeure events.


9. Your Privacy & Data

Shipping information you provide is used solely for the purposes of order fulfillment, carrier processing, and delivery notifications. Your data is handled in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and applicable international privacy laws.

10. Policy Updates

Flourea reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
